Return Window & Eligibility

30-Day Return Period
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. We recommend examining your fabric immediately upon arrival to ensure it meets your expectations.

Important Notice
Custom orders, special cuts, and fabrics purchased at clearance prices are final sale and not eligible for return. Please contact us before placing custom orders if you have any questions about fabric specifications.

Fabric-Specific Return Policies

Silk & Luxury Natural Fibers
Must remain in protective wrapping. Any exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or handling that could affect texture will void return eligibility.

Designer & Couture Fabrics
Limited quantities may be subject to restocking fees. Authentication tags must remain attached for designer pieces.

Vintage & Specialty Textiles
All sales final due to unique nature and limited availability. Detailed photographs and descriptions are provided for informed purchasing.

Embellished Fabrics
Beaded, sequined, or embroidered fabrics require careful handling. Any damage to embellishments voids return eligibility.

Return Process

1. Contact Our Team
Email info@naichanfabric.com or call within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return.

2. Receive Authorization

We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 24 hours.

3. Package Securely

Use original packaging when possible. Include RMA number clearly marked on package exterior and all original documentation.

4. Ship & Track
Use provided return shipping label or arrange insured shipping. We recommend signature confirmation for high-value items.

5. Processing & Refund
Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.

Shipping & Fees

Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We provide discounted return labels for your convenience.

Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply to special orders, designer fabrics over $500, or large quantity purchases (over 10 yards).

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all fabrics before shipping, but if you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and provide a full refund or replacement.

Quality Guarantee

All our fabrics are guaranteed to meet the quality standards described in product listings. If any fabric fails to meet these standards, we will make it right with a full refund or exchange.

Sample Policy

Fabric samples (under 1/4 yard) are final sale but may be credited toward future purchases of the same fabric within 60 days. Sample credits cannot exceed 20% of the total order value.
