* Product Information: We provide information on fabric content, width, and care. This information is to the best of our knowledge but should be verified by the customer for critical projects.
* Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to fabric availability. Your order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
* Pricing: All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Sale prices are valid for the duration of the sale as advertised.

4. Payment
We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PromptPay). All payments are processed securely. Your payment information is handled with the utmost security and is subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

* We ship from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand.
* Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
* You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any additional fees for re-routing or re-shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
* Due to the nature of fabric being cut to order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for simply changing your mind or for minor color variations visible on screen.
* We will accept returns or exchanges only for fabrics that are defective or that we have mistakenly cut or shipped incorrectly. Please see our detailed Refund Policy for instructions on how to report such issues.
* Claims for mis-shipped or defective goods must be made within 7 days of receipt.

7. Intellectual Property
